Company Launches Design Catalog Through 20-20 TechnologiesTM
GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan, August 1, 2006 – Knape & Vogt® (KV) Manufacturing Co. has launched a kitchen, bath and closet Design Catalog through 20-20 Technologies, the leading software and technology supplier to the interior design industry.
Designers may now import storage accessory product available in Knape & Vogt’s 20-20 Design Catalog into the 20-20 Virtual ShowroomTM, a computer program that helps customers visualize a kitchen, bath or closet outfitted with KV products. The program produces photo-realistic visuals with full lighting effects to help clients visualize a new space with accurate details.
“This tool is a real time-saver,” said Ryan Grevenstuk, kitchen, bath and closet product manager for Knape & Vogt.
“The designer simply imports our products into a room scene to create an instant lifelike rendering of a room. Once all of the desired accessories have been selected and entered into the rendering, the 20-20 program calculates the exact cost for the room.”
Drawing and positioning tools quickly design the room layout. A designer can create colorful presentations or black and white renderings in the fraction of the time it would take to prepare a traditional hand-drawn concept, allowing quick completion of a floorplan.
Designers can access KV’s 20-20 Design Catalog either through www.kv.com or by contacting Knape & Vogt and requesting a CD.
In a separate announcement, Knape & Vogt will exhibit its products at IWF 2006, August 23-26, in Atlanta. KV products will be on display in Booth No. 3037. Be sure to view our products on our newly revised website: www.kv.com.
