Knape & Vogt®Introduces New Lazy Susan Concept at IWF
GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan, August 1, 2006 — Imagine a kitchen storage product that spins like a lazy susan, has pull-out drawers for access to things you use a lot, and side baskets for everything else. That’s what the Knape & Vogt product development team imagined: the KV® Lazy Susan Drawer System.
Knape & Vogt (KV) Manufacturing Co. will showcase the Lazy Susan Drawer System during IWF 2006 in Atlanta in August. This hybrid lazy susan is an addition to KV’s popular, upscale Kitchen and Bath wood and wire product line, and will be available in late Fall 2006.
The Lazy Susan Drawer system features two pull-out drawers mounted on KV In-LineTM Undermount Slides. Four side-mount baskets can be adjusted to accommodate bottles, cans or boxes of various sizes. The entire unit rides on a platinum powder-coated steel frame that rotates on a ball-bearing turntable.
“The Lazy Susan Drawer System offers easier access than traditional lazy susans,” said Ryan Grevenstuk, KV’s Kitchen and Bath product manager. “The upscale styling, including KV undermount slides, wood platforms and heavy-duty wire, adds to the luxury appeal of this product.”
Knape & Vogt will feature the Lazy Susan Drawer System at IWF 2006, August 23-26, in Booth No. 3037.
The Company will also launch several other new products in its Kitchen and Bath product line, including:
- A wall cabinet organizer;
Slide-out paper shredder for home offices;
Undermount waste and recycling.
