Knape & Vogt reserves the right to offer, at any time, all or part of our merchandise assortment via our Web site, our catalogs and in our showrooms. Knape & Vogt reserves the right to change prices and add or remove items from our Web site, at any time, at our discretion.
What if the item I want is unavailable?
If an item is unavailable, you will have the option to select from other similar products that are available. You can then continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
What if an item is backordered?
When you add an item to your cart that is backordered, the approximate shipping date will be prominently displayed on the product detail page. If the item won't arrive by the time you need it, you can delete it from your shopping cart.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept any of the following for online orders:

- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
What if I need to return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any products in new condition for a full refund or exchange, less shipping and handling charges.
Please note that shipping damage is the responsibility of the carrier and is not a reason to return a product. We will assist you, where possible, in settling your claim with the carrier.
You are responsible for all shipping charges to return the item unless we made an error in shipping your order, i.e., the product we shipped is not the one you ordered.
Return Goods Authorization
All requests for returns must be pre-authorized by Knape & Vogt. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-253-1561 and a Customer Service Representative will assist you.
All returns must include a copy of your sales receipt or a copy of your original invoice (keep original for your records).
Can I return the product to your showroom?
You may bring the merchandise previously purchased on our website, and your sales receipt or invoice to our showroom for refund or an exchange.
Where do I send the return?
Ensure the product(s) are properly packaged to prevent shipping damage. We recommend that returned products be placed in the original packaging.
Include a copy of your sales receipt or invoice that shows your name and address.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the items were delivered to you defective, we will refund you on your credit card for return postage.
Send your package back using the shipper of your choice to the address below. Insure the package for the full value of the product being returned. Keep your shipping receipt until the credit for your return has been processed.

What if I don't have a receipt or invoice copy?
If you have lost your receipt or invoice, call Customer Service at 1-800-253-1561. We will search for your order and give you the information you need to include with your return, including your original order number and return authorization number.
When and how will I be refunded?
Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We will credit or refund the value of the product total and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery charges). Refunds will be given in the same form of payment. Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles. |
