Knape & Vogt Limited Warranty

Limited Lifetime Warranty for Commercial Business Products (the “Warranty”)

This Warranty is given to the initial purchaser of new commercial products purchased from Knape & Vogt Manufacturing Company (“KV”).

KV warrants commercial products for defects in materials and workmanship. This Warranty does not apply to defects resulting from:

• (i) misuse,
• (ii) damage or abuse,
• (iii) normal wear and tear,
• (iv) accident,
• (v) modification,
• (vi) improper storage, installation or maintenance,
• (vii) third party materials, or
• (viii) shipping.

During the warranty period, KV will, at its sole option either (i), repair or replace any defective product with a comparable product or component, or (ii) refund the purchase price for the products. This limited warranty is for repair or replacement of defective products only and does not cover any other costs, including the cost of labor for removal or installation, or any other related expenses.

Except as otherwise required under applicable laws, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY CONSTITUTES THE ONLY WARRANTY AND IS THE SOLE REMEDY. IN NO EVENT SHALL KV BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE SALE OR USE OF ITS PRODUCTS.
