What if I need to return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of shipping date, you may return any products in new condition for a full refund or exchange, less shipping and handling charges. A 20% restocking and handling fee will be charged. The minimum restocking and handling fee is $25. Please note that shipping damage is the responsibility of the carrier and is not a reason to return a product. We will assist you, where possible, in settling your claim with the carrier. You are responsible for all shipping charges to return the item unless we made an error in shipping your order, (e.g. the product we shipped is not the one you ordered.)
Return Goods Authorization
All requests for returns must be pre-authorized by Knape & Vogt. For pre-authorization, contact Customer Service at 1.800.253.1561 and a representative will assist you in obtaining a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). All returns must include a copy of your sales receipt or a copy of your original invoice (keep original for your records) and the RGA.
